Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PlanLex ("the Service"), operated by AFTERLEX. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

The service

PlanLex is a software platform for planning and managing weddings — tasks, budgets, guests, vendors, bookings, timelines, documents, and an AI assistant. We provide it on a subscription or one-time-purchase basis depending on the plan you choose.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or have consent).
• You are responsible for the content you and your invited members add.

Plans & payment

• Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Access is granted after successful payment.
• Plan limits (e.g. number of active weddings) are enforced and shown in-app.
• For subscription plans, billing recurs until cancelled; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or abusive.
• Attempt to access other users' or weddings' data.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload malicious, infringing, or illegal content.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and branding belong to AFTERLEX. Your wedding data belongs to you — we only process it to run the Service.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
